  1. Promoter
    • The promoter is Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 05819221), with its registered office at 2.14 Fusion Hive, North Shore Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2NB.
  2. Eligibility
    • Open to UK-based businesses only.
    • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to represent their business.
    • This promotion is open to new customers only. Existing clients of Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd are not eligible.
    • One entry per business.
  3. How to Enter
    • To enter, businesses must:
      1. Book and complete a free IT Health Check with Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd between 1st October 2025 and 10th December 2025.
      2. Take up at least one paid service with Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd following the health check.
    • Entries that do not meet both requirements will not be included in the prize draw.
    • No purchase is required for the free IT Health Check itself.
  4. Prize
    • The prize is one (1) Dell Laptop, valued at approximately £1,000.
    • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.
    • Giraffe Connected Solutions Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The contest closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 10th December 2025.
    • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 17th December 2025.
    • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
    • The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via the contact details provided during the health check booking.
    • If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. Publicity
    • By entering, entrants agree that, if they win, the business name and general location (e.g. town/city) may be published in related publicity materials and on the Promoter’s social media channels.
    • No personal employee data will be shared without consent.
  7. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • Decisions of the Promoter regarding this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • This promotion is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
