Job Role / Responsibilities
The candidate will work as part of a small team of support engineers providing first and second line technical support to our business clients and visiting when necessary.
You will be expected to develop within the organisation and work on key projects both as part of a team and individually.
This will involve answering calls and emails in a helpful and professional manor, assisting users with problems and requests covering many different aspects of IT.
